With a background in management, talent development and development of both concepts and business models in the media industry and working with clients as a registered psychotherapist, I offer a combination of strategic overview and human insight. I have worked for years leading high-performance teams in demanding, creative environments - an experience that has given me a deep understanding of how talent, collaboration and leadership are best managed in practice.

My approach is based on a combination of human insight and testing tools, where I see both strengths and weaknesses in a talent perspective – a method that ensures that people not only become better at what they already know, but also learn to deal with the challenges that come with their unique talent profile. I combine this understanding with therapeutic tools and coaching, creating a holistic development process that can benefit both business goals and personal growth.

I have worked with talent development at multiple levels – from helping startups create sustainable organizational structures to acting as a 'first aid' for new leaders who are suddenly faced with the human and strategic challenges of leadership. My focus is always on ensuring that people and organizations develop in a way that creates both results and well-being.

Whether it's building a business from the ground up, supporting leaders in navigating complex relationships, or creating a team that truly performs, I offer a unique blend of strategic, psychological, and practical experience – all with the goal of creating lasting change that makes sense for both the individual and the organization.

I am registered under FadP, a certification approved by the Danish Patient Safety Authority.
