I work with people who carry responsibility and face important choices in their working lives – leaders, founders, and professionals who are building companies, leading in complex environments, or standing at a crossroads that calls for clarity and courage.
I have experience with both.
Through many years in the media industry, where I have helped build, develop, and lead businesses in complex, high-pressure environments, I have held responsibility for strategy, organisation, and results. I know what it takes to create momentum while an organisation is still taking shape, and while decisions must be made with real consequences for both people and the bottom line.
At the same time, my own career has not followed a straight line. I have made several deliberate shifts in direction to bring my talents into better use and to work in a more sustainable way over time. That experience is a central part of my work today.
This is also why I work with a talent-based approach. Not as an abstract framework, but as a practical way to create clarity around where energy, motivation, and strength truly lie – and where people slowly begin to work against themselves. When talents are not in play, leadership, collaboration, and career decisions become unnecessarily heavy.
I am a certified and registered psychotherapist. This professional background gives me a solid foundation for working with the human patterns that influence decision-making, leadership, and careers – especially when pressure is high and complexity is significant.
What characterises my work is my ability to move confidently between business, leadership, and personal leadership. I understand both the strategic demands that come with responsibility and the inner processes that determine whether decisions are sustainable in practice.
My focus is on creating clarity – so that people and organisations can act with greater precision, make better decisions, and develop without losing themselves along the way.
I am a registered psychotherapist under FADP, approved by the Danish Patient Safety Authority, and I work in accordance with high professional and ethical standards, including ongoing supervision and continuing education.
